Hey bloggateers! Whats up? Do you know what time it is? Yes, thats right, its BITCHING TIME!!!
Biggest problem today: was going to have people over, so cookies were started. Plans changed, people couldn't come over. Roommate who was baking cookies got pissed. Still made the cookies for us, though, and quickly cooled down as soon as the first batch came out. I guess seeing me fulfill my promise of doing ALL the dishes (probably for the entire last few days or so) made him cool faster, he probably thought I was going to try and slough it off by waiting too long. Its not fun having a roommate pissed at you...trust me...especially when you're in the same courses together (well, one course, but there's enough work in that one course to cover the other two). Thankfully we were shooting the shit again in like 10 minutes. Those are the sorts of roommates one needs. Ok, plans for tonight and tomorrow: TONIGHT!!!: Probably work on the pulley-hoist model for stress analysis (not even a true stress problem...its all statics, but its time consuming and messy and while interesting, its also boring and tedious)...possibly not. I KNOW I'm going to shower--when I got in late last night I was too damn tired to do much else than send a few IMs then conk out and go to sleep. I also want to try and go out and go school people at billiards. Though with the luck I'm having lately, I'll challenge the one guy that can get all the balls in on the break. Or at least the 8-ball (I did that ONCE). The music artist of the day is "Enya". Her songs are so relaxing and soothing, especially after drilling yourself in the world of engineering and idiocy and lunacy (a very, VERY thin line between the three of them). Then I plan on getting 8 hours sleep. Not sure if I'll manage it, but I'm hoping for it. TOMORROW: finish up the pulley-hoist model and run the equations through TKSolver and see what it spits out. Go to professor to make sure we did it the correct way (important--I'm NOT doing that over again, if I can help it). I'll spend all day studying or writing papers or writing for Creative Writing, and then go out at about 4:30 with my cousin to eat. Come back, go to fight practice. Collapse into bed, a broken man (mentally and physically). Hopefully find the courage to ask the girl out. That'll be the tough part of the day. If I do, awesome, if I don't...stupid yellow-bellied French coward....... Then probably do my laundry at some point, as well as make a Chopper run for food. Official Tally! # Nut shots taken: 0!!! (my children were ecstatic!) # Face shots: maybe 3 # Throat shots: 2 (it was dark, and shit happens) # Times almost killed by hunters: 0!!! # Times freaked out in the forest: a shitload. That place gave me the creeps at night (I feel at home in nature, even at night, something was out there, I swear there was).
