Today...was...awesome...! But then again, it could have been so much better.....
First off, I woke up...a feat in of itself!
Thirdly, and most importantly: I ran 7 miles at a relaxed, very comfortable pace, and finished in 54:59...a good improvement...I'm actually thinking about celebrating that a bit tonight, because that makes me wicked happy. Made me ravenously hungry though...I'm not quite sure if I left any food left for my parents to eat tonight...whoops...:-/
Anyways, I'll be heading to Hav's at 5, and it's going to be an early night because I need to be refreshed for the camping excursion. Let's avoid the poison ivy, please. Throwing it into the fire DOESN'T count as "avoiding" it...THIS MEANS YOU!!!
In other news, my body is stiff and aches, and my nipples are sore. Now to go pack my frame pack, and with any luck, I'll be able to call a very special person later on.
