Today is December 7th, 2003. 62 years ago, on this day, Pearl Harbor was attacked, and thousands of young servicemen were killed. This let to the involvement of the United States of America in the bloodiest and most destructive conflict ever known to man: World War II.
May we all take a moment to remember their sacrifice, and the sacrifice of all those who gave their lives for their nations in the war.
I pray that I may have the courage, strength, and honor that these young men had, in my daily life, and if my country should ever call to me to take up arms in her defense.
